4th Annual Chicago Pizza Summit

“Chicago, prepare to increase your pizza appetite. By popular demand, Chicago Pizza Summit will return for its fourth and largest serving yet on October 6th 2019. The Summit will be moving to the newly opened Theater on the Lake, a bigger location that will now allow more fans to get in on all of the cheesy action. Chicago’s favorite pizza institutions and cooks from around the city will gather to present their take on this now beloved Windy City classic. Some participants will serve it up by the slice while others will present their unique twist and showcase different types of pizza-inspired cuisine, such as past popular offerings like the Pizza Shot and Pizza in a Bag. This year’s pizza lineup will be released later this month, but expect some returning favorites from years’ past, along with some new and exciting additions to the lineup.

The Summit will feature two different sessions (2 to 5:00 p.m. and 6 to 9:00 p.m.) with entry by the purchase of ticket only. Both sessions will feature a pop up exhibit from the US Pizza Museum, the ultimate pizza photo booth, top Chicago DJs, a marketplace featuring limited edition collaborations with local makers, a silent auction benefiting the First Responders’ EMWQ Fund charity, a Chicago pizza pop-up art showcase by Ryan Duggan, and other surprises.”
