The AfroBang Block Party will be a celebration of change - not only a change of the season, but also the narrative around the African diaspora. More than ever seen before, the diaspora is communicating, exchanging culture, and developing purposeful platforms that are reversing stereotypes and misconceptions. We want to acknowledge and celebrate the unity and progress we’re making, while still understanding that we have a long way to go.
