Soon, Malcolm London will complete a year-plus-long journey towards a new medium with the impending release of his debut project, OPIA. In a year that has been marked by both the rise of Chicago hip-hop on a national scene and the continued fight for equal rights across races, Malcolm London now sits at an interesting crossroads as he prepares for the transition that continues to carry a powerful, independent message. On his latest single, which may be the last before the full-length unveiling, Malcolm enlists a pair of his most talented colleagues for a fittingly progressive track that makes the expected product ever more eclectic.
