Twista really has his ear tuned into young and rising stars of Chicago. Bringing along two of Chicago’s heavy hitters, Jeremih and Lil Bibby, Twista delivers a distinctive trio worthy of a group themselves. The track was originally featured on his Living Legend EP which released last December. Directed by Gravitti Films, this is our first visual from the the project.
 
The beauty in the deliverance is the small but suitable tweaks to the instrumental during each verse. The most distinctive beat change is for Lil Bibby’s verse which is awfully fitting catering to his drill background in which the beat ditches its smooth electro synth in favor of a slower but rhythmic pluck, while Jeremih's the more minimalist synth change caters towards his vocals, and allows them to really shine without being drowned out by the background.
 
What’s next for the Chicago veteran? With a plethora of features and connections with Chicago's youth, it kind of makes you wish a Twista curated mixtape was in the works. While only an optimistic thought in this writer's mind, we'll continue to speculate while the lightning paced rapper plots out what's next.
