HXLT has come a long way over the years as he's shed the 'hollywood' and moved on to greener pastures with G.O.O.D. Music, but some things never change; women for example. Love em, hate em, eventually you're going to have to work out how to coexist with them and such is the basis for the latest visual from the mercurial artist that is HXLT. 

Currently on tour for the second leg of the G.O.O.D. Music tour, this video finds him in a sort of precarious position as he tries to finagle a way out of his lady's wrath. For any of us that have been there before, it's pretty much perilous. HXLT's a vet though, a dude of the know and he uses the opportunity to teach a thing or two about how to get out the jam, just stick to your guns. The track itself does a good job illustrating the accompanying visuals and is an offering from his self-titled project that dropped earlier this year and served as a sort of segue between aesthetics. It's down-tempo as can be and a furtherance of the kind of sonics you'll encounter on the full-length. We can't wait to see what one of Chicago's favorite sons comes up with next, for now enjoy "Work It Out".
