Jack Red continues to step out on his own with the release of "Homegrown", the title track from his upcoming EP. The studio engineer and vocalist has held many roles in the music world over the years, but his current mission is the development of his solo career. We've seen him support Chance The Rapper, Sir The Baptist and others, but it's Jack Red front and center in "Homegrown".

Celebrating his roots "Homegrown" is an upbeat anthem reminiscing about the city that raised him. With an infectious hook, booming vocals, and beautifully complex production, this single is a loud wake up call for those not already listening. Jack Red and D. Phelps provide the backdrop with the addition of strings by Amanda Bailey and Sylvie Grace. Jack's ode to Chicago is a story about his life, but one so many can relate to. Whether you're from Chicago, New York, Japan or the North Pole, "Homegrown" will have you fondly reminiscing of the simpler times.
