Logan Cage • "Black & White"

It may seem like Logan Cage is a vet to the Chicago scene, but he only released his debut project 1636 last year. You'd be safe in not realizing this was the case though, given the south side rappers intricate rhyme schemes, passionate delivery, and creative use of concepts when songwriting. Since 1636 he released The New Wave EP, and now has another release lined up as his fans can't get enough. That's Still Iconic, nodding to the nitpickers and making obvious that he's not going anywhere. Now they've shown us a look at the project with this track called "Black & White", addressing the constant demands that come with being an artist. The track features the thoughtful lyricism from Logan Cage that we know and love, as well as a subtle beat from frequent collaborator Flight. It's a contemplative track, a lane that Logan Cage excels in. Still Iconic will be released at the end of the month, and you can expect more looks at the project before then.
