Ric Wilson has been living life in hyper-speed the last year or so and it doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon as the fast-rising local talent linked up with none other than legendary Public Enemy frontman Chuck D for his latest single, "Hang Loose". 

Featuring additional production from the likes of Sam Veren and Lucas G, the single is a sort of nod to the recent trend locally to bring close friends together with childhood heroes, creating newfound, cross-generational art in the process. Having peeked his head out into the scene for real in late 2015, Wilson has been on an unprecedented run that isn't ending anytime in the near future. With a new collection of music under the name Negrow Disco on the horizon as we inch into the summertime months, Wilson's just trying to hang loose and enjoy himself, and aptly does so here.
