ShowYouSuck • "Alf Fan 420"

A collaborative EP from Chicago legend @showyousuck, who finely blends pop culture references with fresh flows and dope smoke. The good vibes, fresh feels, and bass-heavy aggression contained within these six songs properly close out 2015. Happy New Year, from ShowYouSuck and Mishka Records to you and yours. All songs produced by Mike Jaxx except "Gayaka Gayaka", which is produced by Joseph Chilliams

Over the last few years perhaps no one has been as consistent both live and in the digital world than Chicago's own ShowYouSuck who teamed up with Mishka for the release of his most recent collection, Alf Fan 420 that dropped earlier today on the infamous Bloglin.

Recorded Live at Young Camelot in Chicago,IL on 8/22/2015 Manny Muscles- DJ MikeJaxx- MPC ShowYouSuck-Raps Recorded by Chris Lee, Colin Mulhern, & P. Christian Swafford. Mixed & mastered by Chris Lee.

The release comes at the tail end of a year that saw Show explore new creative spaces and bend his straight-edged nature a bit and it all comes through on the latest drop which on first listen seems to find one of TheseDays' favorites in a really good place heading into 2016. Here we find the Rad God reunited with fellow Treated Crew and LOD member Mike Jaxx once again and the marriage of sounds is as good as it ever has been once again. Having dabbled in visual arts, voice over work and much more that should make for a busy new year, Show seems to have found a very dope new creative juice as of late that manifests itself here throughout.

Preambled by the single "R.A.D. (1428 Elm St)" back in late October, and "Oh Lordt" last week, the project also comes packaged as a live offering, LarpLord316 which arrived a day ahead of the Mishka collab. For it's part, the live project is long overdue and should serve as a proper resume for anyone looking for the most turnt rap show in Chicago. People wish Travi$ Scott's performances packed the kind of punch that a ShowYouSuck show does with regularity and this bonus offering is a peek into the world of the man in his true element.

All in all man, we couldn't be happier to see new music from Show and expect plenty more to fill our pages in the coming months.
