While Mike Golden has been a familiar face around the Chicago music scene for the past few years now, 2015 has proved to be an enormous step for his career thus far. He's shifted focus back to himself as a solo act, released a set of personal new singles and delivered truly impressive feature on Donnie Trumpet's record Surf. Earlier this year, while at SXSW in Austin, Texas, Golden teamed up with director Elijah Alvarado to bring to life an idea he had for a visual for his heartfelt tune "4 Year Interlude." Considering the track record Golden and Alvarado have, which includes one of Golden's most popular videos in "Every Morning Love," he certainly picked the right guy for the job.
