There's been no rest for the Chicago DJ/producer duo Louis the Child (LTC) since they broke out onto the scene with the K.Flay assisted "It's Strange", a single that has generated a little over 11.5 million plays on Soundcloud alone since it's fall 2015 release. Without an album out, LTC has already become the biggest electronic music act coming out of Chicago since Flosstradamus, and these guys are juggling their increasingly demanding music careers with with everything else that is important to teens and early 20 somethings.

With less than a handful of original tracks in their catalog (gaining significant momentum from remixing other's work), Louis The Child fans still have a lot to look forward to, as this duo's run has just begun. Following up their recent collaboration with the New Orleans born Pell, LTC returns with another new single that has since climbed to and peaked at the coveted #1 spot on Hype Machine, and now rests comfortably at #3 for the month of January. Featuring vocals and co-production from L.A. vocalist/producer Elohim, "Love Is Alive" is nothing short of a hit record, a formula for which LTC seems to have mastered very early on in their career.
