Love To See It: Local Venues Expand The Lollapalooza Experience With Curated Aftershows

Photo Provided By Lincoln Hall

Lollapalooza is one of the biggest multi-genre festivals in the world, bringing in hundreds of artists across the festival's four days. But, it's Chicago's music venues, event spaces and night clubs that will expand the Lolla experience by hosting a curated selection of Lollapalooza Aftershows.

Understandably, the festival environment is not for everyone. Some fans prefer a much more intimate setting when looking to watch their favorite artists live. From independent venues such as Lincoln Hall, The Empty Bottle and Bottom Lounge to night clubs like PRYSM, these spaces offer a more lowkey alternative throughout their collective fifty-five shows.

Respectively, the aftershows technically began yesterday at the 13th Annual Nelarusky, which featured Kali Uchis, Iris Temple and soon-to-be L.A based Tatiana Hazel at Metro. But the fun continues throughout the weekend. Local artists we're most excited to see on lineups include Tasha, Calboy, Slow Pulp, Elton, Win and Woo, Joseph Chilliams and Manwovles.

While a good chunk of these shows are sold out, you can scroll through our Lolla Aftershow carousel on These Days' Homepage to see if any of the ones you may be interested in still have tickets available. Additionally, you can find the full list of aftershows here, as well as our selection of top aftershows we are most excited to see, day by day:
