Twin Peaks and Goose Island Brew Up 'Garage Lager' for Pitchfork Music Festival

Chicago band Twin Peaks and Goose Island Brewery have come together for a special edition beer for this summer's Pitchfork Music Festival at Union Park in Chicago. The "garage lager" titled "Natural Villain" will be available for drinking at the festival grounds on July 15th-17th. The band collaborated with brewmaster Jared Jankoski and the beer is described as a "refreshing and light bodied lager has a light bready quality that is balanced by a mild hop character." We'll drink to that! Check out the beer's branding below.

Run the Jewels was the first group to collaborate with Goose Island in 2013 with their “Run the Jewels”, a Belgian-style wheat ale. Singer Sharon Van Etten’s was 2014's pick with beer titled “SVE Kolsch.” Last year Chance the Rapper and Goose Island partnered up for a beer that went down too easy, under the name “No Collar."

Check out a promo video for the collaboration below. Twin Peaks plays at 5:30PM on Friday, July 15th the Red Stage at Pitchfork Music Festival. Twin Peaks new album Down In Heaven is out now, and can be heard everywhere via TwinPeaksDudes.com.
