Ric Wilson Announced As Support for Yellow Days North American Tour

After headlining Wicker Park Fest this summer and doing select tour dates with Drama, Chicago’s own Ric Wilson is headed back on the road, this time as support for London’s Yellow Days. Wilson is known for rapping and singing over traditional house and funk production and busting out soul train lines at his live shows. In 2021, he’s released an array of bouncy solo songs as well as eclectic run of features with everyone from French producer Bluestaeb to J-Pop band CHAI.Wilson and George Van Den Broek of Yellow Days connected when he spent four months in London this past spring and became fast friends.

Wilson said in an interview with the Real Ones Podcast that we can expect a joint EP called "Disco Ric in London Town" before this year ends. The tour announcement coincides with the release of the first single, “Life’s Been Good to Me” — which can be streamed below.
