Lianne La Havas • "Green & Gold" (Donnie Trumpet & Nate Fox Remix)
Our friends Nate and Nico from The Social Experiment get together with immensely talented Londoner Lianne La Havas to provide an official remix to her single "Green & Gold". The song is one of a few off of her latest album Blood that have seen reworks from talented producers. Peruse over to her SoundCloud page and see what spin Grades put on "What You Don't Do" as well as what Jungle did the album's lead single "Unstoppable".
Unlike the original, Fox draws the drums back into the distance allowing the emotion held in La Havas's words to take up the space to truly sink in. As always Donnie's Trumpet is used to perfection, adding to the soundscape start to finish.
