Chuck Inglish • Texturizer
Shortly after announcing his reunion with Sir Michael Rocks as the duo The Cool Kids, the two released the song "Running Man" with Maxo Kream. It was a welcome return for the respected and influential Chicago duo who created plenty of solo content to hold us over as the group was remained hold for numerous years. While we wait for a proper project by The Cool Kids (I'm sure it's on the way), Chuck Inglish decided to let loose a seven song instrumental mixtape known as Texturizer. The tape is retro, synth heavy, stuck in the 80s, full of great vocal samples, and groovy as hell. Press play and instantly be in the driver's seat of a hot rod, preferably a DeLorean, with a PYT kissing on your neck. Bless you, Chuck.
If you need more from Mr. Inglish, be sure to check out his album with Blended Babies called Ev Zepplin, which dropped earlier this year, as well as this playlist of his 2016 releases. Lastly, if you need more of Chuck's beats, he released two incredible tapes back in 2012 called WRKING and WRKOUT. Don't sleep.
