Marvelous • "Million Dollar Dream"

One of our favorite new acts that has popped onto the TheseDays radar in recent months was west side native Marvelous who stepped out in a big way last week with his single "Recipe" which he originally teased for us on the Radio show where we all got to know one another initially. Proving he's ready for the run up towards his debut project, I Accept Your Apology, Marvelous dropped off a new visual for his single "Million Dollar Dream".

Shot by Heart of the City and directed by Caves, the video actually pre-empts an EP that is also dropping soon in the form of In Due Time.  So far, I'm really fucking with what Marvelous is doing currently, able to deliver straightforward bars that arrive raw and directly fettered to reality in a way that much of the music today isn't. Having been through plenty already in his life, Marvelous is able to toe lines that a lesser MC would trip over and here offers up the path to his "Million Dollar Dream".
