Sterling Hayes • "Johnny Tsunami (My Hobbies)"
Sterling Hayes announced the artwork and tracklisting for his highly anticipated album Antidepressant at the beginning of this year. With production credits from Knox Fortune, Peter Cottontale, and a significant amount of credits from Spanish Diego, the project showed some serious promise. And while we've heard a handful of the tracks that will be on the project, we have yet to fully hear Antidepressant. That seems to finally be changing, as Sterls has let loose the single “Johnny Tsunami (My Hobbies)” to further hype the delayed full-length. The song clocks in at under two minutes and goes heavy the entire time, with shouts and bass galore.
This is something to throw on when you jump in the crowd, when you turn up during your ride to work, when you punch your neighbor in the face after his dog shits in your front yard. Yeah, this song is a nice little appetizer for Antidepressant, hopefully arriving sometime this month.
