Chicago’s favorite indie festival returns just a few weeks into the beginning of the new year. The 16th edition of Tomorrow Never Knows Music Festival (TNK Fest) returns across six Chicago venues January 15th - 19th. Lincoln Hall, Schubas, Metro/Smartbar, Sleeping Village and Hideout will host artists from across the country throughout the fests’ five day span.

The first wave of artists on 2020’s bill announced earlier this week and included names such as Allday, Boy Bjorn, Corridor, Stella Donnelly, Frances Quinlan and more. This year’s lineup also highlights These Days’ favorites Lala Lala, NNAMDIÏ, and Sen Morimoto (all of whom share the same bill at Sleeping Village), Deeper, Resavoir, Luke Titus and more. Tickets officially go on sale Friday, October 25th. You can purchase individual show tickets here.

Fans will also be able to purchase a five day pass to the festival which allows them to attend any show of their choosing at Lincoln Hall, Schubas and Metro while Hideout and Sleeping Village will require fans with the five day ticket to RSVP (due to limited capacity at these venues). While we wait for the other shows to be announced, you can find more details about the fest at tnkfest.com. You can view the first wave of shows on TNK’s site, as well as on the These Days event calendar.
