Chance The Rapper Will Throw Out First Pitch at White Sox Home Opener
The Chicago White Sox have confirmed that Chicago's own Chance The Rapper will throw out the honorary first pitch at the team's home opener at U.S. Cellular Field. The game will be on Friday, April 8th at 3:10PM CST against The Clevland Indians.
#CWSHomeOpener: Chicago native and music artist, @chancetherapper, will throw out the first pitch.

Chance has long shown his allegiance to the city Southside team. Known for sporting a White Sox fitted hat in many performances, TV appearances and photo shoots. The White Sox recently acknowledged Chance's support for the team as he introduced the starting line-up for The Chicago Bulls in March (it was of course, #BullsSoxNight) while wearing a White Sox cap. Later in that game, Chance was spotted with White Sox World Series Champ Scott Podsednik.
We're digging the hat, @chancetherapper. 👌#BullsSoxNight pic.twitter.com/Zk0tW8eg4x

Chance previously threw out the first pitch during a game in 2014. See the toss to home plate below.
