Hailing from Houston, musician Sam Trump has called Chicago home for some time. Whether he's touring with 8 piece Chicago band Sidewalk Chalk, or playing one of the several instruments he's learned to play over the years and performing as a solo artist, Sam Trump does so with expert ability. This time around Sam lays the vocals and trumpet over Calvin Valentine production  for "Love, Peace & Happiness". There is no shortage of music available on Sam's Soundcloud and I urge you to spent some time there soon, but this track is the first we've heard in a while. Sam delivers nothing but good vibes in this new single, and we hope there's more on the horizon. Sidewalk Chalk is currently on tour and wrapping up here in Chicago February 18th at Lincoln Hall. Following Sam's return from tour life with the band, he also has a solo performance in Chicago at The Clipper in the Pilsen neighborhood. Two chances and catch a great performance in the immediate future, and hopefully a new solo project in the works.
