Dally Auston • "These Days"
Save Money’s Dally Austin breaks the mold with the finely titled “These Days”. While we're not quite arrogant enough to think it’s named for our wonderful online fam, we're definitely not humble enough not to love it. #THESEDAYS.
About Dally Auston. Musically, he’s been off the grid recently but has been making plans for a comeback in a big way, saying as much at January’s Yung Creatives event hosted by Jake Krez. “These Days” makes Dally Auston's 2nd release in as many months, the other being his verbal ping-pong in “Dally’s Break” which appeared on Mojek’s far out World Of Mojek project. “These Days” is a level beneath subdued, brooding and lurking in the shadows of Dally’s wordplay. It’s a controlled spitfire. The production from Jack Vegas amplifies this vibe, rocking a focused beat that quietly surges under Dally Auston’s flow.
Can we expect to see this on Dally’s perpetually-pending Roses project? “I missed dropping music, Roses soon” reassures the Soundcloud page. Glad to have you back Dally, and we’re all looking forward to hearing the long anticipated Roses one of these days. In the meantime, "These Days".
