Set in a laid-back house party, Dreezy’s video for “Body” projects good vibes as red cups are passed around, people start to dance and a game of dominoes takes place while Jeremih and attempt to sway one another with their respective verses. The whole thing bears a strong resemblance to Kanye and Twista’s classic “Slow Jamz” video and it’s great to watch, regardless if it’s an intended homage or not.
“Body” was officially released back in January, but the record was destined to be a late-night summer jam from the jump. With its smooth and light production backing Dreezy and Jeremih’s duet, the single has been bubbling up the charts across all streaming services for the past few months and is now aiming to become a radio fixture during the forthcoming hot and humid days with this brand new visual.
