Each week the These Days staff comes across great music from Chicago artists that we could not provide individual features for. In an effort to keep our readers up to date with more of our recent favorites, the Round Up segment provides quick summaries and additional noteworthy content. Check out our latest picks below and feel free to submit a comment if you feel we missed something.

Amare Symoné • "Loose"

While living in a contradictory, patriarchal world where you can be called uptight, hypersensitive or easy, and then slut-shamed for living freely and confidently in yourself, Amare uses her talents to attack rape culture and the inconsistencies she sees in today's society in her new single "Loose." Instrumentally, frequent collaborator and producer NversivE creates a bouncy, energetic, electronic instrumental that elevates Symoné’s neo soul vibe. Take a listen and watch out for Amare Symoné’s forthcoming EP, Glass Windows, later this fall.

BRENTRAMBO (Ft. Warhol.SS) • "Skeda Gang"

For the past year, BRENTRAMBO and Warhol have been one of the best 1-2 punches we have heard here in Chicago. BRENTRAMBO is on a streak right now as he just delivered his latest 12 song instrumental project Subtweets In Musical Form, and is back with Warhol as they deliver a new song "Skeda Gang" produced by ZTHESAVAGE. Usually BRENTRAMBO is holding down the production for Warhol, but this time he is on the track rapping. Check out the new song below.

Sike The Drug (Ft. BIGBODYFIJI) • "Heavy"

Dj Stain hosts a brand new song this week, and this one hits! $ike The Drug drops a club banger as he grabs BIGBODYFIJI on his newest track Heavy. $ike and BIGBODYFIJI have both been rising in the scene over the past couple of months, so it was good to see them finally get on a track together. With production by Jupiter Views & O$O Fye, this is definitely one you want to rewind a couple of times. Check out the new song below.

Tink • "Ooouuu Freestyle"

Coming from the Chi is our very own Tink, putting out her own version of Young M.A.’s hit record “Ooouuu”. Think goes hard on this track with both humorous and super witty bars. To say she’s buzzing is an understatement. She be quite and this might just be a freestyle, but Tink's in good hands with Timbaland on her side, she's definitely got more cooking. Stay locked and enjoy Tink puts on for Chicago.

Wave Chapelle (Ft. K Camp & Coldway) • "Don't See Em"

Consistency is critical, and Milwaukee artist Wave Chapelle continues displaying that. 11 days after dropping his latest single "Authentic", he's back with another brand new single, "Don't See Em" featuring K Camp and Coldway. Continuing his run with production from Maajei Vu, Wave Chapelle drops off a trap hit.
