Supa BWE • "Portage Theater"

produced by @shepardhues & @SupaBwe Finally Dead. October 4th.

It's been a weird couple months, weeks have gone by without even a whisper from the usualy voracious Supa Bwe, but it appears today he's broken that silence with a new single, "Portage Theater".

The first offering we've gotten since the surprise release of his most recent collection, Dead Again 3, released just over a month and a half ago, his latest single once again finds him alongside Fight Me collaborator Shepherd Hues. On this one, Supa is somewhat reflective towards the fly-by-night local venue that is the Portage Theater. A former movie theater that has somewhat been transformed into a cavernous performance space for mostly hip-hop acts, there's no denying that Supa has enjoyed a marked amount of success in the space, both as a solo act and as part of his former outfit, Hurt Everybody. Now though, he utilizies the experiences of the space to package it into a digestable single that comes just in time to string us along into Fight Me's first tour, which kicks off Supa's subsequent tour alongside Alex Wiley and Kembe X that hits Milwaukee's Mirarmar tonight and the Double Door on the 14th. Also included with this drop is the announcement of his next project, Finally Dead which is due out October 4, no word on a Fight Me debut yet.
