SD Unveils the Title Track From His Highly-Anticipated Full-Length Project, Pay Attention, Set For Release On April 6th March 7, 2018 - Chicago, IL - SD has unveiled the title track from his highly-anticipated full-length project, Pay Attention, which is set for release on April 6th through Truly Blessed / iHipHop Distribution. The Trauma Tone produced single, "Pay Attention," is the follow-up to SD's highly successful 2017 tracks "Sacrifice" and "From The Bottom," for which both tracks and videos have garnered millions of streams/views to date. "Pay Attention" like the previous two tracks is available for streaming on all services (Link Below). SD's influence and inspiration comes from the uninviting, bleak reality of the Chicago streets, where he, Chief Keef, the late Fredo Santana and Lil Reese, built a movement that continues to influence a generation and have a ripple effect through the hip-hop genre. At a young age, SD made his mark by creating a niche style of hipster urban music, including an element of cool kid/gangsta rap and was prominently featured in videos from Chief Keef, Danny Brown, Riff Raff and more. SD would establish himself through a string of highly-successful and critically acclaimed mixtapes, particularly the three volume mixtape series, Life of a Savage, Life of a Savage 2 and 3. In 2014 SD made his debut on iHipHop Distribution, with the revered album Truly Blessed, which changed the game for rappers from Chicago, as SD introduced his own sound in order to achieve personal milestones he set for himself. Truly Blessed would receive praise from outlets including Pitchfork and the Fader, while Fact Mag would rank it as a top album of the year. In 2015, SD released the fourth installment in the Life of a Savage mixtape series as well as the Just The Beginning mixtape. In retrospect, SD says that his driving force in his life is his daughter, who shows him a higher purpose.
