Chance The Rapper (Ft. Saba) • "Angels"

Directed by Austin Vesely • Animation by Hebru Brand Studios

Chance The Rapper - and his wonderful team ; ) - have had a really busy week.

His collaborations with Chicago White Sox alone this week are a laundry list of their own: Redesigning three official White Sox caps with New Era, narrating the 2016 team introduction set to play on the video boards before each home game and throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the home opener tomorrow. All the recent activity even has ESPN reporting rumors on Chance’s involvement with the Sox. After the first pitch, Chance is heading to the Chicago Theatre to headline Power 92’s 15th anniversary concert. On top of all that, The Rapper shares his much teased music video for “Angels” today.

While the song itself was rolled out on the stages of CBS's The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last October in New York, the visuals take place right here at home. Directed by Austin Vesely, the video see Chance embodying Hebru Brantley's Fly Boy character. While Chance does superhero things, like flying through the sky and standing on the top of moving trains, we see several recognizable faces break into dance in the el cars below. Enjoy the new music video up top, and keep an eye out for more information regarding Chance's forthcoming album.
