Ace DaVinci • "Tolerance"
In life, there are just some things we should all have... tolerance. Check out the latest drop, "Tolerance" by Ace Da Vinci who comes in on the track with some super chill vibes. Soft bells, snares, and symbols carry Ace's vibe the whole way through. This release may just be a smooth hook more than anything else, keep a look out for more new releases from Ace. "Tolerance" is just a friendly reminder that he's working.
Cassius Tae • "5th Night On The Block"
I love living in a city where we are consistently being exposed to new artists. The name Cassius Tae is one you should be keeping your eye on and adding to your playlists, if you haven't already. This week Cassius Tae continues pushing to the forefront of Chicago's hip-hop scene, as he shows his incredible talent and stunning wordplay on a brand new song called, "5th Night On The Block". Check the song below and get familiar with Cassius Tae, I promise you he wont disappoint.
Ibn Inglor (Ft. Mothica) • "The Good You See In Me"
Uniqueness is getting harder and harder to find in todays music but Ibn Inglor is doing his level best to stand out. This time, he’s teamed up with director Miro to bring us an appropriately dark & twisted video for “The Good You See In Me.” If this is your first time hearing the track, you can expect to be blown away by Ibn’s meditative lyricism and Mothica’s huge female vocals. Between the song’s initial release last fall and now, Inglor has given us two other tracks – all of which are expected on his upcoming project Honegloria later this fall. Keep an eye out for more from Ibn and check out the new video below!
MPulse • "52 Weeks"
Yesterday Mpulse kicked off one of the most creative and ambitious projects I’ve heard of in a while. Every week for the next year, Chicago’s Mr. Maxfield will be dropping something new for us. On the project’s first track, “52 Weeks,” Mpulse teams up with producers Don Cannon, Keef Boyd and Lyle LeDuff to introduce the campaign using the inspired lyricism we’ve come to expect from him. You can really feel his energy & sincerity with this track and its got me excited for the next 51 releases still to come! Check out Mpulse's “52 Weeks” below!
Wave Chapelle • "Rings"
Milwaukee artist, Wave Chapelle, closes off the summer season with his new up beat track "Rings". He has been putting in work and focusing on his craft. Production done by 4Keys who has frequently been teaming up with the artist. Wave Chapelle has created a buzz for himself especially since his latest tape W⚡️. Recently doing work with Lil Uzi Vert as well, it's safe to say this up and comer has some things to bring to the table and will not stop anytime soon. Check it out for yourself.
Warhol.SS & Fauni • "Ain't Worried"
You know it's a banger when you see the name Warhol.SS or Fauni, and it's even better when both of these buzzing artists come together on the same track. Backed by some hard hitting production, Warhol and Fauni deliver a nice back and forth flow. It's hard not to be familiar with these guys. Non stop working, shows, consistent releases whether it's songs or videos, and it's safe to say their fan bases are rapidly growing.
