Polo G • "Hollywood"
From small apartments, pissed out hallways and cold winters on the block, Polo G has seen it all and pretty much done it all; he is no stranger to illustrating the pain and struggle in his music. The 19 year old Chicago native has gradually built a local buzz by dropping singles such as “Never Cared” {Remix}, “The Come Up “ and “Gang With Me”. Not only does Polo spit like he has something to prove, he spits like he’s built for it.
Fighting to survive the tragedy of the trenches Polo has managed to garner attention from the majors. Recently inking a deal with Columbia with the help of Caroline “Baroline” Diaz, Polo G is proudly carrying the North side of the city on his back. Following up with his latest single “Hollywood”, Polo provides us with a melodic trap feel that captures the soul of those alike with the same pain or story.
