Englewood product Spenzo dishes off new music detailing his pride for his heritage. In Chicago, Spenzo’s name rings a bell as a notorious rapper for his 2013 hit single “Wife Er” that landed at the top of many prominent charts. Now, with a refined outlook, Spenzo is looking to craft another uproar by showing a sound fueled by immaculate lyricism combined with jaw-dropping productions. In “Spend The Gwop, the eerie production layers stretched chords and shuttered waves create an avenue for Spenzo to amplify the track with genuine, riveting energy. With no remorse, Spenzo shares bona fide emotions recalling stories of life scenarios before rapping and reasoning for his bold confidence. Bluntly, Spenzo raps “I hold myself to high standards, I’m not no lame”. In turn, reciting his dangerous lifestyle of making moves with illegal drugs to watching his back at every instance, lets the art of rapping categorize as a blessing in disguise. At the denouncement, Spenzo uses clever repetition by raping “Ooo, I’m killing shit it’s not the next one" to leave listeners understanding his individuality.
