Pat Corcoran and Nice Work Partner with Warner Records; Collectively Announce "Unprecedented Artist-First Major Label Deal" with Music Collective 99 Neighbors

Pat Corcoran and Nice Work have partnered with Warner Records and have collectively announced their first signing, Vermont-based music and creative collective 99 Neighbors. Corcoran, manager of Chance The Rapper, is co-founder of Chicago-based entertainment company Nice Work (formerly Haight Brand) with additional clients ranging from Knox Fortune to Aluna George with business divisions including merchandise, radio, film and television. Posting to his Instagram, Corcoran (aka Pat The Manager) shared his thoughts about the partnership; “I am so proud to partner with Warner Records and 99 Neighbors in an unprecedented, artist-first major label deal. Masters are owned by artist, creative is owned by artist, profit sharing over royalties, all with the incredible support and platform that our collective teams provide.” 99 Neighbors is made up of vocalists Sam Paulino and HANKNATIVE and producer Somba.
