At this point, you'd have to be deaf and blind to not be aware of Chance's upcoming 'Magnificent Coloring Day', the first music festival at the south side's Comiskey Park. While many would see one of the biggest events of the year for a side of the city that's largely forgotten by the more affluent sides of the city, Chance has characteristically stayed busier than ever. Just to catch everyone up, we decided to put together a special edition of our News Round Up focusing squarely on Chano as he continues to just climb higher and higher. Get in tune with all your Chance news below and have fun at the park Saturday.

Chance Teams Up with H&M for New Line

While Chance may be pushing hard against the corporate major label format in music, he's kept a steady pace with the big names in fashion since emerging as a national face and continued to do so this week, announcing his involvement in H&M's collaboration with Kenzo.

The endorsement is the latest, since Chance donned some pairs of Dockers a couple years back for a series of print and visual ads that found their way around the Internet. The campaign for the H&M/Kenzo run which debuts this Fall was shot by "Jean-Paul Goude, the same photographer who shot Kim Kardashian's Internet-breaking Paper cover," according to Complex. The independent game has a lot of financial responsibility, but it seems that Chance has found creative ways to line his own pockets. Keep an eye out for the advertisements, which also include model Iman and Vietnamese rapper Suboi.

Chance Teams Up with Twitter for '3' Hat Emoji

As if an Ellen performance, his own festival and everything else going on wasn't enough, Chance teamed up with none other than Twitter to create his very own emoji. The now-iconic '3' hat that Chance has rocked since announcing the impending release of his third album got digitally immortalized heading into the weekend and is now available for use with all your tweets just in time for the social media-friendly Magnificent Coloring Day. Who knows what it'll be next.

Chance Appears on LA's Power106, Talks Beyonce & Obama

While the party will be at home this weekend, Chance found some time to get out to the coast this week, linking up with Power106 in Los Angeles for an in-depth interview that saw him touch on everything from advice he got from President Obama to his first experience at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Speaking on his continued push forward as an independent act, and on the heels of an Ellen performance that had him perform his anti-establishment anthem "No Problems" atop the desk of 'Generic Record Label', he mentioned the President as an inspiration. Citing a conversation between the two, Chano goes on to explain there's no way he can back down now. All that and more in the video below.
