Twin Peaks, Dehd, KAINA, Femdot, Divino Niño, The Hecks, DJ Nate Represent Chicago on Pitchfork Music Festival 2020 Lineup

Pitchfork Music Festival has announced the 3-day lineup for the 15th edition of the Chicago-based festival. Headliners include Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Run the Jewels, The National, Angel Olsen (who has Chicago roots), Sharon Van Etten and Big Thief. The festival will continue at it’s home in Union Park and will be July 17th-20th, 2020. Keeping with tradition, Pitchfork recruits a healthy amount of Chicago acts to represent on the festival’s bill. Chicago garage rock band Twin Peaks, reverb punk trio Dehd, singer/songwriter KAINA, rapper Femdot, psychedelic rockers Divino Niño, art rock quartet The Hecks, footwork producer DJ Nate, and saxophonist Dustin Laurenzi’s project Snaketime are spread out across the fest’s three day span. Also playing the bill are sibling indie rock duo The Fiery Furances, who are originally from Oak Park, Illinois and grew their career in the 2000s NYC scene. Dehd’s album Water, Divino Niño’s Foam, Femdot’s ‘94 Camry Music and Kaina’s Next to the Sun were all featured on our These Days 2019 Chicago Albums list.

Additional national and international acts include Kim Gordon, Jehnny Beth, Danny Brown, Phoebe Bridgers, Deafheaven, Tundercat, Yaeiji, Cat Power, CAroline Polachek, Tierra Whack, BADBADNOTGOOD, Rapsody, Maxo Kream and more. You can view the festival’s full line-up below.

Single-day tickets are $75, three-day passes are $185, and three-day Pitchfork Plus passes are $385. Tickets are on-sale now at pitchforkmusicfestival.com.
